Love and Courage guests include writers, artists, innovators and activists. The growing archive features the likes of Amanda Palmer, Christy Moore, Sunny Jacobs, Marianne Williamson, Luka Bloom, John Connell, Bronagh Gallagher and many more. Conversations are recorded in-person where possible and occasionally at events and festivals. In recent times recordings have been mainly virtual and also feature video versions of the podcast, which are available on YouTube.

The podcast is supported by a community of patrons who chip in on a once-off or on a monthly basis via the patron page.

The podcast is available on all main podcast apps including iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, SoundCloud, YouTube.

About the host: Ruairí McKiernan is a multi award winning Irish social innovator, community campaigner, consultant, writer and public speaker. He is the founder of the pioneering SpunOut youth organisation, and helped set-up the Uplift and the A Lust For Life non-profits. In 2012 the President of Ireland Michael D Higgins appointed Ruairí to the Council of State, a constitutional advisory body. Ruairí is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Fulbright fellowship, and he contributes regularly to the media on youth, health, community and social justice issues.
